what once was old, is new again

last night we said goodbye to the northpark house. quite a party it was. records. beers. dancing. lamps. empty. 2 nights ago, i said goodbye to a familiar face. and hello to a not so forgotten one. for now, im off to go have mid-day whiskeys with a room of old friends. today, anything can happen. and just might.

I'm sending away my 120 film roll from my new holga. This is the first time i've used one, so i hope what seemed simple to use, turns out ok. it should be a montage of silly, wonderful night and days (ie: erikas visit to victoria, halloween, home made tattoos, good looking gentlemen, and so forth). lately all i want to do is visit new cities. i have the same curious feeling i had almost 5 years ago now. like when i first wrote "packlight" that one summer morning. i guess now, it's back. maybe i'll be that wandering gypsy again soon. i can hear the open road..
